THE GATRU

An extinct, toad-like, alien race who many, many centuries ago invaded Arcadia and warred with many of the Arcadian nations. After decades of conflict and settlement, they were soundly defeated and repelled, but a significant amount were left behind after the retreat. The stranded consolidated their numbers and took up residence in what became known as The Gatruian Desert (a section of The Forest Serene), but through conflict and isolation from the other nations, their numbers slowly dwindled over time till there were none left.
